1. Promoter

2. Authorised party

The authorised party is PROMOSFERA Srl, with headquarters in Via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA). Tax Code and VAT Registration No. 02250050024.

3. Promoted products and brands

The promoted goods are all products on pennyblack.com

4. Recipients

The recipients are all final consumers resident or domiciled in European Union countries.

5. Objective of the promotion

The intention of this promotion is to incentivise the purchase of products on pennyblack.com

6.Duration of the prize competition

From 13 to 20 September 2021.

7.Procedures for carrying out the operation

Everyone who, in the period that the initiative is valid, makes an order for any amount on pennyblack.com, will have the right to receive a free gift, consisting of an AW21 Pennybag.

The prize will be awarded at the same time as the purchase and included in the actual order.

8. Nature and value of the prizes

The prize consists of a Pennybag (Pennyblack branded shopper bag).

It is anticipated that 712 Pennybags, with a value of €7.20 each, will be distributed. The total guide value of the prizes stands at €5,126.40 excluding VAT.

The prize cannot be exchanged/replaced nor the corresponding value in cash awarded for any reason. No compensation can be asked for following any damage as a result of the use of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes announced with prizes of the same or a higher value.

9. Delivery of the prizes

The prize will be included in the order and delivered as a shopper bag for the purchase made.

10. Geographical area

The operation is valid in Italy and European Union countries.

The gift with purchase promotion is subject to the applicable regulations in Italy on the subject of gift with purchase promotion (Presidential Decree 430/2001). In conformity with what is stated in FAQ no. 6 of the Ministry of Economic Development, participation in this initiative is also open to the rest of Europe, with the exception of any prohibitions imposed by local regulations (it is the responsibility of each participant to act in compliance with the regulations of his/her country). Participation in EU countries is also permitted based on the principles laid down in EU Directive 2000/21/EC, with the exception of any prohibitions imposed by local regulations.

11.Advertising of the promotion

Pennyblack will announce the promotion through its Newsletter, on the website pennyblack.com, WhatsApp: the advertising message shall conform to the declaration in these regulations.

12. Storage of the regulations

The above declaration, relating to the regulations, drafted and self -certified pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree 420/2001, will be stored at the headquarters of the authorised company Promosfera Srl - Via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA) at whose offices it will be stored for the entire duration of the gift with purchase promotion and for 12 months following its conclusion.

13. Guarantees and obligations

This gift with purchase promotion will take place in compliance with Presidential Decree 430 of 26 October 2001, and in accordance with the instructions in Circular 1/AMTC of 28 March of the Ministry of Economic Development.
